Originally born an “okie” from Tulsa, Oklahoma, I have loved the stage since I was young (when you would frequently find me dressed up as little orphan Annie). I followed this love all the way through college, at Denison University, where I ended up leaving the acting world behind...for what I thought was forever.  Who really makes it as an actor anyway?  Thank you fear and doubt for putting me in my place. It was years of bouncing around, NY (working in publishing) to LA (working behind the scenes at the Tonight Show and in the PR world) before I landed in Boulder, CO where I decided to settle down, and ultimately made being a mom my number one priority. After several years of juggling the motherhood scene, I miraculously found my passion for acting again (that’s a much longer story) and in the process, discovered my love of the written word. Since then, I have been active in the film and commercial scene here in Colorado and I recently finished my first screenplay. And one day, rest assured…I will make it to broadway.
